　　警方調查發現，2013年11月至2014年6月底，犯罪嫌疑人張某在某期貨有限公司工作期間，利用負責管理子公司的職務便利，伙同他人采用簽訂委托采購和銷售食用油合同，并制作使用虛假倉單的方式，騙取這家期貨有限公司資金達1.14億元，案發后匆匆潛逃。

　　目前，犯罪嫌疑人張某已被吳中警方刑事拘留，案件還在進一步審理中。
