2023年3月17日，市場監管總局、國家標準委第1號國家標準公告，批準發布了373項推薦性國家標準和6項國家標準修改單，其中包括糧食領域1項國家標準《大米加工企業設計規范》（GB/T 42299-2023）和《菜籽油》國家標準第1號修改單、《玉米干燥技術規范》國家標準第1號修改單、《橄欖油、油橄欖果渣油》國家標準第1號修改單等3項修改單。

《大米加工企業設計規范》標準自2023年10月1日起實施，《菜籽油》國家標準第1號修改單等3項修改單發布即實施。
