俄羅斯從4月15日起開始實施葵花籽油及葵花籽粕出口配額，一直持續到2022年8月31日。中葵花籽油出口配額定在150萬噸。

4月17日消息：俄羅斯農業部表示，俄羅斯從4月15日起開始實施葵花籽油及葵花籽粕出口配額，一直持續到2022年8月31日。其中葵花籽油出口配額定在150萬噸，葵花籽粕為70萬噸。

政府將根據以往的貿易情況分配配額。配額旨在保護國內市場。

從5月1日起，俄羅斯葵花籽油出口關稅將會上調19個百分點，從4月份的每噸313美元上調至372.2美元。
