中國質量新聞網訊 近日，云南省魯甸縣市場監督管理局發布2021年第5期食品安全監督抽檢信息。本期公告抽檢食用油、油脂及其制品1批次，不合格樣品1批次。

本期抽檢依據 GB 2762-2017《食品安全國家標準食品中污染物限量》GB 2716-2018《食品安全國家標準 植物油》、GB 2760-2014《食品安全國家標準 食品添加劑使用標準》等標準要求。抽檢項目包括苯并[a]芘、酸價(KOH)、過氧化值、乙基麥芽酚等指標。
